Tickets were free to hurricane evacuees. We stayed with Michelle in Atlanta.

Epilogue:

We left to return to Florida the day Hurricane Irma hit land and actually drove through the storm. Three hours later, we received a photo from Michelle as the storm had just hit Atlanta and felled one of the large trees in her backyard. It landed exactly where we had parked our car during the visit. We made it to Gainesville, FL where gas options ran out so we had to wait for tanker refuel first thing in the morning.
