Bonnaroo 2017: Here we come!
The time is upon us campers. The happy place resumes on June 8, 2017. I will be there, of course, and bearing gifts. Just like Where's Waldo or a shiny little leprechaun, if you find me at the festival, I will reward you! I've got plenty of Roo stickers, sure, but I'm also giving away other goodies, all random and wonderful. Should you find me, I would love to share my treasures with you.

My tenth year going Bonnaroo and I'm ready to celebrate! I've been so fortunate during the past three years to serve as a volunteer at the festival for the disaster relief charity ShelterBox. For three years, Bonnaroo provided space for our team to engage about ShelterBox's mission of emergency shelter. It provided a space where people could easily find me and listen to the ShelterBox spiel. Thank you for that.
This year, I have no obligations. I'm camping in GA. And I'm going solo for the first time!? And just like you, I'll be running to see bands, eat at the food trucks and find a quiet moment in the shade while trying to ingest as much of this crazy, beautiful experience as I can!

Got everything you need?!
Take care of your tent: Setup your tent, sweep it out and rinse it down. Apply Scotch Guard for leak prevention. Be sure the tent is dry before packing away. Practice fitting your site into a parking space.
Find your beer: The no glass policy at Bonnaroo doesn't mean you have to drink crappy beer. If your store doesn't carry it - ask if they will do a special order. You can also do the same at your favorite bar. Better hurry.
Check the weather: You never know.
Arriving: If you're coming up through GA or down through KY, every law enforcement agency in the surrounding states are aware of Bonnaroo and the inbound traffic. They are looking to ticket you. Be cool until you get inside.
